Nottingham Insight and Nottinghamshire Insight provide access to information, data and original research about what it’s like to live in the local area to help improve decision-making and support partnership working.
They include information such as the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (assessments of the current and future health and social care needs of the local community) and place profiles (summaries of the health and wellbeing of local populations in districts and wards). This is used in a variety of ways including service and project planning, developing strategies and identifying how public funds can be invested to maximise impact.
